Orders and Confirmation

After completing the order and payment, it will be confirmed via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours.
Please make sure to verify your size and color before completing the order, as changes cannot be made after payment.

Order Preparation Time

All abayas at Oceya are tailored and prepared on demand to ensure the highest quality and meticulous attention to detail.
The order preparation time ranges from 3 to 4 weeks from the date of payment.
In case of seasonal demand or special orders, the preparation time may be slightly extended, and the customer will be notified immediately if any delay occurs.

Payment and Special Orders Policy

All orders are processed after full payment, and we do not accept installment plans or partial payments.
Express orders are available for an additional fee of 100 AED and are prepared within a shorter timeframe according to the available schedule.

Delivery

Delivery within the UAE takes 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery to GCC countries may take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the country and the shipping company.
A tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

Exchange and Return

To maintain the quality of our products, returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a clear manufacturing defect, within 24 hours of receiving the order.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within the first 12 hours of confirmation, provided they have not yet been prepared.
